Off to Birka!

Aetas Designs is off to Market Day at Birka in Manchester, NH, our first event of 2010! We are looking forward to seeing everyone; be sure to stop by and say hello! Birka was our first SCA event of last year. It was a ton of fun, so we are excited to be back this year.

We will have fabric and clothing up for sale. So whatever you are looking for, come find it with us. If you are looking for something custom, do stop by because our schedule is looking rather open for Feb and March. It’s time to get those orders in!

Great North Eastern War Was a Blast!

Hello All!  We had a great time at Great North Eastern War, allot of fabric was sold and did not need to be lugged home which was good.  And folks were purchasing and enjoying many of our lovely clothing items!  You will be seeing us at more SCA events soon!  Also if you do not know anything about the SCA please take a look at their website at http://sca.org/ its allot of fun and they do some amazing things!

 We are looking forward to the Mid Summer Magick Faire starting next weekend!  Come out and see the lovelies we will have there and enjoy a new faire.

COME GET YOUR LINEN AT GNEW!

Hello All!  Thanks for making Winslow a wonderful event, it was beautiful in every way and we had allot of good support from all those around us!  Now we are looking forward to GNEW!  We will be mostly selling fabric at this event so come ready to get great linens for Pennsic wardrobe planning.  We will have a wide variety of fabrics but mostly linen, if you are looking for something in particular let us know and we will try to find it for you.  Don’t worry we will have our clothing available for sale as well and any orders you would like to place!

Working through the Busy Season

Hello All! Faire Season is well under way this year and we are having a great time! Our first two faires of the year are passed already. Currently we are preparing for the Winslow Farm Festival and the Great North Eastern War. Please Check under the About section for more information on events and how to order if you want to pick things up at certain events! Orders are being filled and there will be pictures up soon of more work in the Aetas Gallery for you to peruse! Can’t write for too long, too much sewing to do! Be sure to come see us at an event some time soon even if it is to just pet the pretty fabrics.

Yay for a Successful first event of 2009

We just finished Birka in Manchester NH, still need to finish unpacking, but wanted to say what a wonderful event it was first.  Birka is much different than our normal Renn Faire shows, but it is allot of fun.  We had fabric and trims up for sale along with our normal clothing.  We truly enjoyed selling people materials for there new projects and we wish them good luck as they tackle them.  We also want to wish good luck to all those we chatted with about different historical eras and how to re-create the clothing for them.  We are looking forward to next year and should have even more beautiful fabrics for people to peruse and pet.

Next up is Wicked and we will be selling primarily fairy wings and clothing so it should be a fun event.  Hope to see you there!
