Is the dress full enough that it could drape behind me while riding a horse? This is the most important aspect I'm looking for. Also, would there be any possibility that it could be delivered to Iowa for an event happening March 16-18 of this year? Could this be considered a princess dress, or what era/usage would this design be considered?
